Call for Research Internships — IITB-HRTI Centre of Excellence on Computer Vision, Multimodal AI, and Geo-Intelligence (COE-VIMAGE) The IITB-HRTI Centre of Excellence on Computer Vision, Multimodal AI, and Geo-Intelligence (COE-VIMAGE) at IIT Bombay invites applications for paid internships of 6 to 12 months duration. We are looking for motivated, research-oriented candidates at any level of engineering (B.Tech, M.Tech, or equivalent) with prior exposure to deep learning and computer vision, and demonstrated proficiency in deep learning model development using frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX. Selected interns will work onsite at IIT Bombay alongside our faculty and doctoral researchers on problems spanning multimodal foundation models, geospatial intelligence, continual and federated learning, open-world recognition, and biomedical image analysis, etc. with opportunities to contribute to funded projects and co-author publications at top-tier venues.
